Order Cancellation

If the order or the product(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can cancel the order directly through your “Order” section.

In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the money will be refunded to you within 48 business hours after cancellation.

If you wish to cancel an order that has been shipped but has not yet been delivered kindly do not accept the delivery of the order. Once we receive the product(s) back and verify its packaging/condition, we will initiate refund process immediately. The refund may take 15-20 working days (average time taken by the bank & payment processing partner) to effectuate and show in the original payment account.

Preorder appurtenances can be cancelled only before the work on the order has been initiated. Full upfront payment towards preorder of the appurtenance made will not be refunded once the work is underway.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges will be refunded only on cancellations of complete order before it has been shipped. However, in case of part order cancellation, or cancellation by not accepting the delivery of the order, shipping charge will not be refunded.

Adhvara’s Return Policy

Returns on Adhvara are currently accepted & refunds initiated only in the following cases:

1. You have received a damaged or defective product

2. Wrong product was delivered to you

3. The product ordered was missing in the delivered shipment

Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:

Preorder products

If the request is initiated after 3 days of order delivery

Product is used or altered

Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse by the customer

Returned attempted without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, or if original packaging is damaged Serial Number is tampered
